Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

Goods found to be tampered with by the customer will not be replaced, but will be returned at the customer's expense.

Cancellation of goods- within seven working days starting the day after receipt of goods and we will refund you the price paid for the goods, where tamper proof seals are fitted (including software, phone unlocking software and specially imported mobiles to order), these must be intact otherwise we cannot accept returns unless faulty.
Items imported or made especially to order cannot be returned unless faulty.

Cancellation of Services- You may cancel an order within seven days starting the day after the contract concluded, (for example phone unlocking services) except where we have received your phone within the seven day cooling off period and the service has already been provided.
